This beautiful patio transformation has been supplied and carried out by JD Drivestyle LTD in Tunbridge Well, Kent.
Our first step was to excavate the old patio and lawn and create a new layout. Then we installed a new hardcore type 1 MOT base foundation, heavy-duty membrane sheeting, and a new drainage system.
We erected wooden fencing panels around a designated part of the garden for privacy and built a treated sleeper wall around the remaining area with existing hedges.
We laid the patio and the separate seating area with beautiful porcelain tiles and applied new turf in the remaining space.
